This stream flows all year though the flow is greatly reduced in the summer months.It is also evident that deer and turkey are frequenting this property. Access for hunting is good and there is also abundant NYS Forest for hunting, hiking, fishing, both across the road from this piece and up off from Center Road and RT 23. The snowmobile trail system starts just south of the property on Coy Rd and the old CCC trail.The property has good, drivable deeded right of way access from Coy Road and no electric is available.
